More stuff in the cloud...

Since posting this, I've discovered QuickBase from Intuit. I know, I know... QuickBooks and Quicken suck... but QuickBase is actually pretty cool. We've built a decent deal-tracking application in the cloud using it. Most of it is password-protected, but here's an anonymous view: http://www.gtventurelab.com/tracking.html.

Didn't notice the multiple posts in RSS, but I have to thank you for the Russian practice and for introducing me to the "axe in my head" experience. I'm looking forward to the musical.

There's another handy Google service and one that doesn't require giving up too much personal info: Google Translate.

Oh, kudos for the Brin reference, too. I think about that book all the time. (I need to go back and reread it.) Alas, I think the privacy relationship with Google is quite asymmetric.

In case you’ve gotten four copies of this in your RSS reader, my apologies. As someone pointed out, my use of HTML header tags inside the body of my post freaked out blogspot.com…

After a bit of hacking around with the CSS, I decided to punt and eliminate the internal header tags. Too many layers in that Google template to follow, even with CSSEdit!
